The commercial kitchens have generated a lot of smoke. These contaminative smoke from the different cooking methods and grease have deposited in ducting and buildings. Our fume collectors are ideal for use in kitchen air extraction systems to remove the small grease and smoke particles that pass the main grease filters in the hood.
